JASBOR Tee Shirt Return Policy

However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange an item. This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or exchanging tee shirts purchased from our business.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You received the wrong item.

The item is significantly different from what you ordered.

2. Non-Eligible Items:

Personalized or customized items (except in the case of manufacturing defects).

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

3. Return/Exchange Process:

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the item in question if applicable.

Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

We will review your returned item and, if found eligible, process the refund or exchange accordingly.

4. Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

Returns/exchanges requested beyond this period may not be accepted.

5. Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will credit the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund amount may take 10 business days to process and reflect in your account.

6. Exchanges:

In case of an exchange, we will send you the replacement item(s) with the same design and size, or as agreed upon with our Customer Support Team.

7. Return Shipping:

For eligible returns due to our error or manufacturing defects, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other return reasons, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped to the provided return address.
